Our Patient Portal is not operational at this time.  If you need to request a prescription refill you may use our Prescription Refill Request Form. This form can be printed and faxed to our office at 301-695-8604. You can also download the form and email to Please allow three business days (M-F) to complete requests. We will contact you if the request will take longer than three business days. Please send in one form for each child.

Patient Portal Enrollment Information

FYI - We will be transitioning to a new patient portal.  Our previous portal has "read-only" access so parents will be able to see what has been uploaded in the past but will not be able to enter requests or see any new information. 

You are not able to enroll in the new patient portal at this time.

The Patient Portal provides parents a secure link to health records and the ability to communicate with us on a variety of healthcare needs.

Once logged on to the Patient Portal, parents will be able to request access to a number of health-related services including:

  • Immunization records
  • Ability to ask non-urgent questions of our phone nurses
  • Once registed, view any upcoming appointments made after enrollment is completed
  • Request appointments 
  • Request prescription refills
  • Request referrals
Once registered, if The Pediatric Center needs to communicate with you about medical or administrative matters, we can leave messages for you at the portal, where you can retrieve them at your convenience by logging in to your account through a unique password.

We encourage you to keep your password in a secure place, and only share it with those individuals you wish to give access to your children's health records. We will be unable to monitor access to the portal, so please consider your choices carefully.
